Safety First Clothes partners with creators to produce quality merchandise for our clients. We believe in supporting local creators to create products made with love. We do our best to handle all of the work involved in creating, selling, fulfilling, and supporting merchandise sales so our creators can focus on making good and great products.

 

How can I contact Safety First Clothes?

We’ll do our best efforts to come back to you as soon as possible. 

 

What is your return policy?

If you are unsatisfied with your item simply return it to us within 14 days of receiving the item in like-new condition for a full refund. You can review our return policy in Terms of Service’s website section.

 

When will I receive my order ?

Depending on the type of item manufacturing times vary.
Please check product page for the most accurate information on when a specific product will ship. 
Anyway, we’ll keep in touch providing you regular accurate information regarding shipping.

 

What if I have a problem with my order?

We do our best to make sure you get exactly what you ordered.
If you have an issue with your order please do not hesitate to reach out to us via support@safetyfirstclothes.com. 


What if I do not receive my order?

If for whatever reason your order was marked as delivered and not actually received, please allow 5 business days to pass before submitting a support ticket. 


How about customs and duties?

Safety First Clothes is not responsible for packages being held by customs and/or unpaid tax and duties upon arrival to the destination country.
